Have you not seen today O Muslims! Indeed the khawaarij have corrupted the worldly lives of the people—those who (were) safe in their cities, towns and countries. They (i.e. the people) migrated due to them (i.e. the khawaarij). Have they (i.e. khawaarij) not caused the cutting off of the roads and the removal of security; have you not seen that the khawaarij have brought about corruption upon the Muslims in their Religion! They have cut off the roads from the people towards performing hajj and Umrah due to causing them to be displaced and annihilation of their wealth.
