I Am One of The Scientists Who Discovered Oldest Fossilized Human Footprint And We Need X Millions For This Project! [Ambitious Scientist Pursues Ambiguity, But Disbelieves And Not Bothered About Wisdom Behind Stories of Ancient Nations]

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

Allaah [The Most High] said:

قَدْ خَلَتْ مِنْ قَبْلِكُمْ سُنَنٌ فَسِيرُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ فَانْظُرُوا كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الْمُكَذِّبِينَ

Many similar ways [and mishaps of life] were faced by nations that have passed away before you, so travel through the earth, and see what was the end of those who disbelieved. [3:137]

Imaam Ibnul Qayyim [rahimahullaah] said:

Indeed there were nations like yourselves before you, so look to their evil end.  You have to know that the cause of that [i.e. their evil end] was due to their disbelief in the revelations of Allaah and disbelief in Allaah’s Messengers.  They were the ancestors and you are the descendants. The main affair that connects [you to each other] is your disbelief and the ruling on that [disbelief] is destruction. [Ref 1]

Imaam Muhammad Bin Saaleh Al-Uthaymeen [rahimahullaah] said:

If it is said: what is the benefit in narrating to us the stories of the destroyed nations, despite the fact that this Ummah will not be completely destroyed in a manner similar to the destruction of the previous nations before it?

The Answer: Indeed, this has two benefits: The first (benefit): A clarification of Allaah’s blessings upon us that (the occurrence of a) complete destruction is removed from us, and that were it not for Allaah’s Benevolence we would have been deserving of it.

Secondly: The likeness of the punishment they (received) may occur in the hereafter for the one who did what they did, if punishment was not received in the worldly life. And this may be understood from the statement of (Allaah): ”Such is the Seizure of your Lord when He seizes the (population of) towns while they are doing wrong. Verily, His Seizure is painful, and severe. Indeed in that (there) is a sure lesson for those who fear the torment of the Hereafter.” So what is apparent from (this ayah) is that what is similar to the punishment (they received) will happen in the Hereafter, and Allaah knows best. [Ref 2]

Allaah [The Most High] said:

As for ‘Aad, they were arrogant in the land without right, and they said: “Who is mightier than us in strength?” See they not that Allah, Who created them was mightier in strength than them. And they used to deny our Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, revelations, etc.)! [41:15]

Besides their disbelief in Allaah, their wilful denial of Allaah’s Aayaat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, revelations etc) and Allaah’s Messengers, they were also arrogant (or haughty) in the earth. They overpowered and oppressed those who lived in the surrounding areas, for indeed they were self-amazed with their strength. [Allaah informs us that they said]: [مَنۡ أَشَدُّ مِنَّا قُوَّةً‌ۖ    – Who is mightier than us in strength?].  Allaah stated –in reply to this statement of theirs-:أَوَلَمۡ يَرَوۡاْ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ ٱلَّذِى خَلَقَهُمۡ هُوَ أَشَدُّ مِنۡہُمۡ قُوَّةً۬‌ۖ-See they not that Allah, Who created them was mightier in strength than them]; that is because if Allaah did not create them they would not have existed, and had they contemplated on this –with a sound contemplation- they would not have been deceived by their strength; so  Allaah punished them with a punishment that was equal to that strength (of theirs) by way of which they were deceived. [Allaah said]:

So We sent upon them furious wind in days of evil omen (for them) that We might give them a taste of disgracing torment in this present worldly life, but surely the torment of the Hereafter will be more disgracing, and they will never be helped. [41:16] [Ref 3]

False Accusations of a Shiite Rafidi Takfeeree – Intoxicated With Grave Worship- Against So-called Wahhaabees And Calling to Extreme Violence After Grave He Worshipped Was Bombed!

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadee Al-Madkhalee [hafidhahullaah] said:

The Raafidi Mujtabaa Al-Mahdee Ash-Sheeraazee stated after the blowing up of the tomb of Ali Ibn Muhammad Al-Haadi: Allaah (The Most High) said in His noble Book:

The recompense of those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger and do mischief in the land is only that they shall be killed or crucified or their hands and their feet be cut off on the opposite sides, or be exiled from the land. That is their disgrace in this world, and a great torment is theirs in the Hereafter. [5:33]

If this noble ayah is not a truthful confirmation about the Wahhaabi- the disbeliever, the terrorist, the Nawaasib (haters of the prophet’s family), the Wahshee (beast)], then who else does this noble ayah confirms their affair?! If this noble ayah is not a confirmation of the affair of those men of religion and those who are not men of religion – the helpers of the Wahhaabees- the disbelievers, the Nawaasib (haters of the prophet’s family), Wuhoosh (beasts etc.)]- due to the likes of this action (i.e. the blowing up of the tomb of Ali ibn Muhammad Al-Haadi), then who else does this noble ayah confirm their affair? If we disbelieve in the noble Qur’aan, then let us be brave and make clear what we believe. If we believe in the noble Qur’aan, then it is obligatory to kill the Wahhaabi-the terrorist, the Naasibi (hater of the prophet’s family), the Wahshee (beast)]. And whoever helps the Wahhaabi–whether he is a man of religion or not–with the likes of this action (i.e. the blowing up of that tomb) and others, then it is obligatory to kill him. And whoever says that it is not obligatory to kill these people and those who aid them, then he has announced his disbelief in the noble Qur’aan.

Look at this!  He utilises the term Wahhaabi and attributes it to terrorism when it is the case that the call of Imaam Muhammad Ibn Abdul Wahhaab (rahimahullaah) is based upon the way of the Sahaabah and the great scholars of the ummah in creed, methodology, politics and adhering to the Book of Allaah and the Sunnah of the Messenger. (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam). [End of quote Ref 1]

Finally, it is well known that the worship of graves and tombs is major Shirk. Imaam Abdul Azeez Bin Baaz [rahimahullaah] said: “Shrines are graves and the Prophetic tradition regarding this affair is that graves are to be raised a hand span from the ground, so that they are recognised as graves and not degraded. This is why in the hadeeth of Sa’d Bin Abee Waqqaas [radiyallaahu-anhu] it is reported that the grave of the Prophet [sallal laahu alayhi wasallam] was raised a hand span and Sa’d also gave orders that the same should be done to his grave. As for building over them, taking them as Masaajid and building domes, this is not permissible. According to the people of knowledge, this is evil, innovation in religion and one of the means to Shirk. And due to this the Prophet [sallal laahu alayhi wasallam] stated in an authentic hadeeth: “The curse of Allaah is upon the Jews and Christians [i.e. those Jews who deviated from the pure message of Moosaa and those Christians who deviated from the pure message of the Messiah], because they took the graves of their Prophets as places of worship”. And in a hadeeth in Saheeh Muslim, the Prophet [sallal laahu alayhi wasallam] forbade that graves should be plastered (made into permanent structures), used as sitting places and building over them. Therefore, it is not permissible to build over graves – neither mosques nor domes, nor other than them, and also they are not to be plastered, because indeed this is one of the means to Shirk – one of the means, because it becomes exalted, invoked besides Allaah and help sought from it, and thus shirk occurs. Building over graves- placing domes, mosques and lamps over them are from the means to Shirk, and this is why the Prophet [sallal laahu alayhi wasallam] warned against it and cursed those who do so. It is obligated on the Muslims to be warned against this and that they do not build over a grave – neither a Masjid nor other than it, neither a dome nor plastered, neither place lamps on them nor shrouded. All this is not permissible, rather it is from the means to Shirk….” [End of quote Ref 2]

However, neither do we condone nor commit the terrorist acts of the terrorist devils of ISIS, Al-Qaida and their ilk. Even though the Raafidah Shiites are diseased grave worshipers, however none has the right to commit terrorist acts against them, such as when the devils of ISIS and Al Qaida attack them in their shrines and tombs. If shrines and tombs are to be removed, then this has to be done when the Muslim rulers give the command and neither do we do not take the law into our own hands nor exceed the command we are given by the Muslim authorities as long as such a command agrees with the command of Allaah and His Messenger. Imaam Abdul Azeez Bin Baaz [rahimahullaah] said, “Stopping evil by the hand must be based on ability and should not result in greater corruption or evil. A man has the right to rectify matters with his hand in his home [i.e. based on what the law of the land allows him]; a manager has the authority to make changes with the hand within the organization they are responsible for, in accordance with the instructions that were given to them [i.e. the authority given to them by the state authorities]; otherwise, people should not change with their hand anything they are not authorised to change.  If they do make changes in matters that they have no authority over, this will result in more evil and great corruption between them and the people and between the people and the state”. [Ref 3]

The Basis of The Misguidance of The Khawaarij [ISIS, Al Qaida etc] And The Raafidah Shiites of Iran etc

Shaikhul Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah [rahimahullaah] said:

“The people of bidah, such as the khawaarij, they initiate an innovation [in the religion], excommunicate the one who opposes them and declare lawful the shedding of his [i.e. opponent’s] blood. These people [i.e. people of bidah] refute the bidah of each other, whilst he [i.e. the refuter] is also an innovator; so he refutes a bidah with another bidah, and falsehood with another falsehood”. [Ref 4]

Shaikhul Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah [rahimahullaah] also said:

“The basis of the misguidance of these ones is their belief that the Imaams of guidance and the Jamaa’ah [i.e. the Salafus Saaleh] have exited the (confines) of justice and are misguided. This is the view of those who have abandoned the Sunnah, such as the Raafidah and those similar to them. And that which they consider to be oppression, they hold that it’s disbelief and then innovate rulings for it. These are the three stances -[i.e. they revile the Salaf, declare certain acts as oppression and then innovate rulings against them] – held by those who exit the Sunnah, such as the Harooriyyah [i.e. khawaarij], the raafidah and those similar to them. They isolate some of the fundamental principles of the Islamic Religion until they exit from it (completely), just like an arrow goes through a hunted game”. [Ref 5]

Hadeeth: Splitting Does Not Occur Between Two People Who Love Each Other, Except Due to a Sin Committed By One of Them

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

Anas Bin Maalik [radiyallaahu-anhu] said that the Messenger [sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam] said: ‘’There are not two people who love each other for the sake of Allaah, and then they split from each other, except that it is due to a sin of one of them’’. [Ref 1]

Reminders From the Above Hadeeth – By Al-Allaamah Zayd Bin Haadee [rahimahullaah]

This Hadeeth shows that to love one another – the religious and worldly benefits it contains – is legislated in the Sharee’ah. And regarding the religious benefits of this love, (it brings about) co-operation upon righteousness and piety; and as for its worldly benefits, it (results in attaining those) necessities of life that are sought after.

Those who love one another are attached to each other and remain upon that until one of them commits a sin that leads to the destruction of this legislated love- the love that was established for the sake of Allaah and for the sake of Islamic brotherhood. Therefore, it is a good thing that the person abandons the sin he committed, which was the cause of separation between them, so that brotherhood for the sake of Allaah is restored as it was before; and so that both the religious and worldly benefits of that brotherly love can continue. The basis of the sin committed by one of them may have occurred without any external influence [i.e. it was solely the person’s fault], or it may have occurred due to tale-carrying and instigated by some of the devils amongst mankind- those who hasten to caused corruption in the earth.

Loving one another for the sake of Allaah [The Mighty and Majestic] carries reward that has been mentioned in the Sharee’ah texts. Abu Hurairah [radiyallaahu-anhu] reported that the Prophet [sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam] said, “Allaah will give shade to seven on the day when there will be no shade but His [i.e. Shade from His Throne (Ref 2)]’’…and amongst those people are “Two people who love each other only for the sake of Allaah and they meet and part in Allaah’s cause only”. [Ref 3]

Anas [radiyallaahu-anhu] reported that the Prophet [sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam] said: “Whoever possesses the following three qualities will have the (delight) of faith: The one whom Allaah and His Messenger become dearer to him than anything else; the one who loves a person and he loves him only for the sake of Allaah, and the one who hates to revert to disbelief as he hates to be thrown into the fire”. [Ref 4]

Therefore, O Muslim! After you have understood this, then take a severe warning regarding the causes – both statements and deeds- that will ruin the love that has been legislated for the Muslims to have for one another. Hasten towards the virtue of brotherhood and love for one another for the sake of Allaah due to its great and numerous rewards. Abu Hurairah [radiyallaahu-anhu] reported that the Messenger of Allaah [sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam] said, “Allaah will say on the Day of Judgement, ‘Where are those who love each other for the sake of My Glory? Today, I will shelter them in my shade on a day when there is no shade but mine [i.e. the shade from Allaah’s Throne (Ref 5)]’”. [Ref 6]

Violent, Distort Truth and Persist Upon Error at all Costs Prior to Their Wretched End: [An Inheritance From Ancient Criminals]

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy

Allaah [The Most High] says in Surah Al-Araf Ayah 127 that Fir’awn’s Chiefs said:

[وَقَالَ ٱلۡمَلَأُ مِن قَوۡمِ فِرۡعَوۡنَ أَتَذَرُ مُوسَىٰ وَقَوۡمَهُ ۥ لِيُفۡسِدُواْ فِى ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَيَذَرَكَ وَءَالِهَتَكَ – The chiefs of Fir’aun’s (Pharaoh) people said: “Will you leave Musa (Moses) and his people to spread mischief in the land, and to abandon you and your gods?]; Meaning: ‘’Moosaa and his people will cause corruption in the earth by calling us to adhere to the path of Allaah; so called noble manners and excellent deeds by way of which -as they claim- the affairs in the earth will be rectified, even though in reality they are upon nothing else but corruption. They want you and your gods to be abandoned; to warn against you and stop the people from following you’’.  Then Allaah [The Most High] says that Fir’awn replied to his chiefs, saying: [سَنُقَتِّلُ أَبۡنَآءَهُمۡ وَنَسۡتَحۡىِۦ نِسَآءَهُمۡ وَإِنَّا فَوۡقَهُمۡ قَـٰهِرُونَ – We will kill their sons, and let live their women, and we have indeed irresistible power over them]. Then Allaah [The Most High] informs us of the conversion between Moosaa [alayhis-salaam] said his people, whilst they faced this great trial and threat:

Musa (Moses) said to his people: “Seek help in Allah and be patient. Verily, the earth is Allah’s. He gives it as a heritage to whom He will of His slaves, and the (blessed) end is for the Muttaqun (the pious); they said: “We (Children of Israel) had suffered troubles before you came to us, and since you have come to us.” He said: “It may be that your Lord will destroy your enemy and make you successors on the earth, so that He may see how you act?” [7:128-129]

[An Excerpt from ‘Tayseer Al-kareem Ar-Rahmaan Fee Tafseer Kalaam Al-Mannaan’ by Imaam As-Sadi (rahimahullaah)]

A Person Does a Lot of Good And Keeps Away From Many Other Haraam Deeds, But Cannot Control The Tongue – [An Admonition For All of Us]

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, he Bestower of Mercy.

Shaikh Abdur Razzaaq Al-Badr [hafidhahullaah] quotes from Imaam Ibnul Qayyim [rahimahullaah] who stated:

Disobedience appears agreeable to a human being, such as Gheebah [backbiting], Nameemah [tale carrying], [blameworthy] argumentation, self-praise – whether uttered blatantly or indirectly, verbally abusing the one you hate, praising the one you love and what is similar to that. An intense urge agrees with [the soul’s desire],  then it becomes easy for the tongue to move and thus one’s patience weakens; so due to this the Messenger [sallal laahu-alayhi wasallam] said to Mu’aadh [radiyallaahu-anhu], “Restrain your tongue”, so Mu’aad said, ‘O Messenger of Allaah! Will we be held accountable for what we say?’ He [sallal laahu alayhi wasallam] said, ‘May your mother be bereaved of you, O Mu’aadh! Is there anything that topples people on their faces – or he said on their noses into the fire- other than the harvest of their tongues?!’” [Ref 1]

Regarding the statement: ‘’May your mother be bereaved of you, O Mu’aadh!’’ The Arabs used this statement for the purpose of persuasion and exhortation, and they did not intend its apparent meaning, which is ‘’May his mother lose him’’; rather what is intended is persuasion and exhortation. [Ref 2]

This urge occurs, especially when sinning through the tongue is habitual because it entices a person towards impatience. This is why you find that a man performs the night prayer, fasts during the day and refrains from reclining on a pillow made of silk out of fearing that he might enter into a doubtful affair that will affect him in the afterlife, but he backbites, spread tales and violates the honour of the people. [Ref 3]

Backbiting

Abu Hurairah [radiyallaahu-anhu] narrated that the Messenger of Allaah [sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam] said, ‘’Do you know what backbiting is?’’ They (i.e. the sahaabah) replied Allaah and his Messenger know best’’; he said [sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam] said, ‘’It is to mention your brother what he dislikes’’. Someone asked, ‘’What if what I said is true?’’ He [sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam] replied, ‘’If what you said about him is true you have backbitten him, and if it is not true you have slandered him’’. [Muslim]

When is speaking about someone behind his back not considered backbiting? It is not considered backbiting when a person makes a complaint about an oppressor to a person who has the ability to stop the oppression; when seeking help to stop an evil- by making that known to the person who has the ability to stop the evil; when seeking for a fatwa; when warning the Muslims so that they are not deceived; when mentioning a person who commits his evil openly or one who calls to bidah and when identifying someone with a physical defect, whilst not intending defamation. [Ref 4]

‘Surely, they have disbelieved who say: “Allaah is the Messiah [‘Iesa (Jesus)], son of Maryam (Mary).” But the Messiah [‘Iesa (Jesus)] said: “O Children of Israel! Worship Allaah, my Lord and your Lord.” Verily, whosoever sets up partners in worship with Allaah, then Allaah has forbidden Paradise for him, and the Fire will be his abode. And for the (polytheists and wrong doers) there are no helpers.’  ‘Surely, disbelievers are those who said: “Allaah is the third of the three (in a Trinity).” But there is no ilaah (god) (none who has the right to be worshipped) but One Ilaah (God -Allaah). And if they cease not from what they say, verily, a painful torment will befall the disbelievers among them.’  Will they not repent to Allaah and ask His Forgiveness? For Allaah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

The Messiah [‘Iesa (Jesus)], son of Maryam (Mary), was no more than a Messenger; many were the Messengers that passed away before him. His mother [Maryam (Mary)] was a Siddeeqah [i.e. she believed in the words of Allaah and His Books (see Verse 66:12)]. They both used to eat food (as any other human being, while Allaah does not eat). Look how We make the Ayaat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) clear to them, yet look how they are deluded away (from the truth). Say (O Muhammad to mankind): “How do you worship besides Allaah something which has no power either to harm or to benefit you? But it is Allaah Who is the All-Hearer, All-Knower.” Say (O Muhammad): “O people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians)! Exceed not the limits in your religion (by believing in something) other than the truth, and do not follow the vain desires of people who went astray in times gone by, and who misled many, and strayed (themselves) from the Right Path.” [Surah Al-Maa’idah. Aayaat 72-77]

And [The Exalted] said:

‘O people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians)! Do not exceed the limits in your religion, nor say of Allaah aught but the truth. The Messiah ‘Iesa (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary), was (no more than) a Messenger of Allaah and His Word, (“Be!” – and he was) which He bestowed on Maryam (Mary) and a spirit (Rooh) created by Him; so, believe in Allaah and His Messengers. Say not: “Three (trinity)!” Cease! (it is) better for you. For Allaah is (the only) One Ilaah (God), Glory be to Him (Far Exalted is He) above having a son. To Him belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is in the earth. And Allaah is All-Sufficient as a Disposer of affairs.’ [Surah An-Nisaa. Aayah 171]

Allaah [The Exalted] said:

‘And the Jews say: ‘Uzair (Ezra) is the son of Allaah, and the Christians say: Messiah is the son of Allaah. That is a saying from their mouths. They imitate the saying of the disbelievers of old. Allaah’s Curse be on them, how they are deluded away from the truth! They (Jews and Christians) took their rabbis and their monks to be their lords besides Allaah (by obeying them in things which they made lawful or unlawful according to their own desires without being ordered by Allaah), and (they also took as their Lord) Messiah, son of Maryam (Mary), while they (Jews and Christians) were commanded [in the Tauraat (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel)) to worship none but One Ilaah (God – Allaah) Laa ilaaha illaa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He)[. Praise and glory be to Him, (far above is He) from having the partners they associate (with Him).”[Surah At-Tawbah. Aayaat 30-31]

Allaah [The Exalted] said:

‘It is not (possible) for any human being to whom Allaah has given the Book and Al-Hukma (the knowledge and understanding of the laws of religion, etc.) and Prophethood to say to the people: “Be my worshippers rather than Allaah’s.” On the contrary (he would say): “Be you Rabbaniyun (learned men of religion who practise what they know and also preach others), because you are teaching the Book, and you are studying it.  Nor would he order you to take angels and Prophets for lords (gods)]. Would he order you to disbelieve after you have submitted to Allaah’s Will? [Surah Aal Imraan. Aayaat 79-80]

Amongst them [i.e. the Rawaafid] are those who say that their Imaams will return after death; and from them are those who claim that some of their Imaams are infallible; and amongst them are those who say that Ali [radiyallaahu-anhu] can bring back the dead to life; and amongst them is one who says that he walks on the sea.. Ali, Hasan, Husain Muhammad Bin Hanafiyyah, Ali Bin Husain, Hasan Bin Hasan, Muhammad Bin Ali Bin Husain, Jafar Bin Muhammad, Zaid Bin Ali and those who follow their path from the family of the Prophet free themselves from these false [claims] and its proponents.

And know that the Raafidah were not called Raafidah except from that time they rejected Zaid Bin Ali; however, the path of the Raafidah is that of their predecessor Abdullaah Bin Sabah and those who followed his path of deafness, dumbness and blindness – those who do not possess understanding.

Ali [radiyallaahu-anhu] Rejects the Exaggeration of The Rawaafid

Imaam Ahmad Bin Amr Bin Abee Aasim said in his book ‘As-Sunnah, Vol:2 page476 that Ali [radiyallaahu-anhu] said: ‘Verily a people will love me until they enter the hell fire because of me; and verily a people will hate me until they enter the hell fire due to their hatred of me’ [Shaikh Muqbil (rahimahullaah) said that this athar [narration] is authentic based on the conditions applied by Bukhaari and Muslim when declaring narrations authentic]

A Timely Reminder As We Witness The Divergent Ideologies, The Trials and Tribulations, Bloodshed and Severe Differing In Our Era

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy

Security cannot be [established] properly except by way of two affairs: Implementation of Allaah’s Laws and obedience to the rulers. Indeed, the Messenger [sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam] clarified this [affair] which is needed by a Muslim in his [or her] life. Irbaad Saariyah [radiyallaahu-anhu] said: ‘’The Messenger of Allah [sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam] gave us an admonition after the morning prayer-an admonition that made our hearts fearful and our eyes tearful. So, a man said: ‘Indeed, is this a farewell sermon, so what do you advise us?’ He said, ‘I enjoin on you to have Taqwa of Allaah and that you listen and obey, even if an Abyssinian slave [becomes your ruler]; for indeed he among you who lives long enough will see many differences. So, beware of newly invented matters [in the religion] because indeed it is misguidance. And whoever among you witnesses that, then it is obligated on him to adhere to my Sunnah and the Sunnah of the rightly guided khulafaa- adhere to it with your molar teeth.’’ [Reported by Ahmad 3/126]

Indeed, this hadeeth establishes the foundations of security in Islaam and they are: Firstly: Taqwallaah [Fear of Allaah (The Most High)] based on its complete and comprehensive meaning. Secondly: Obedience to the rulers [in what is good]. Fear of Allaah rectifies a Muslim’s relationship with Allaah, his neighbours and everything around him. And in the absence of Allaah’s Sharee’ah, destruction and depravity will occur. Indeed, Allaah [The Mighty and Majestic] warned the one who abandons His Sharee’ah and disobeys His Messenger:

And Allah puts forward the example of a township (Makkah), that dwelt secure and well content; its provision coming to it in abundance from every place, but it (its people) denied the Favours of Allah (with ungratefulness). So Allah made it taste the extreme of hunger (famine) and fear, because of that (evil, i.e. denying Prophet Muhammad) which they (its people) used to do. [16:112]

By listening to the rulers and obeying them [in good], all the affairs of the person’s life in his society will be a state of normality. Listening to the rulers and obeying them [in good] is included in the subject matter of Taqwa [fear of Allaah]. Al-Hasan Al-Basri  [rahimahullaah] used to say: ‘’Indeed, Al-Hajjaaj is the punishment of Allaah; so do not repel the punishment of Allaah with your own hands. Rather you must submit and show humility because Allaah] The Most High] said: [وَلَقَدْ أَخَذْنَاهُم بِالْعَذَابِ فَمَا اسْتَكَانُوا لِرَبِّهِمْ وَمَا يَتَضَرَّعُونَ – And Indeed We seized them with punishment, but they humbled not themselves to their Lord, nor did they invoke (Allaah) with submission to Him.’’ [23:76]

Talq Bin Habeeb (rahimahullaah) used to say: Guard against fitna through Taqwa; so, it was said to him, “Summarize (the meaning) of Taqwa for us.’’ He said, ‘’It is to act in obedience to Allah, with a light from Allah (i.e. Eemaan) and hoping for Allaah’s Mercy. And that you abandon disobedience to Allah with a light from Allah and fearing the punishment of Allah. [Reported by Ibn Abee Shaybah 11/33 and Ibnul Mubaarak in Az-Zuhd 473]

So, you find a person who knows what security is and his understanding regarding it increases due to fear of Allaah, and he is eager to obey the rulers [in good]; but when he falls short [in Taqwa], his perception of security becomes deficient. When Taqwa is actualised, he will receive the promise Allaah has mentioned [in Surah An-Noor]. Allaah said:

Allah has promised those among you who believe, and do righteous good deeds, that He will certainly grant them succession to (the present rulers) in the earth, as He granted it to those before them, and that He will grant them the authority to practise their religion, that which He has chosen for them (i.e. Islam). And He will surely give them in exchange a safe security after their fear (provided) they (believers) worship Me and do not associate anything (in worship) with Me. But whoever disbelieved after this, they are the Fasiqun (rebellious, disobedient to Allah). [24:55]

Indeed, it is known that the religion cannot [be established] without a Jamaa’ah and there cannot be a Jamaa’ah without a leader, and there cannot be a leader except through listening to him and obeying [him in what is good]. An absence of obedience to the ruler and putting oneself before him is one of the greatest causes of corrupting the land and the people, and turning away from the path of guidance and uprightness. Al Hasan Al Basri [rahimahullaah] said: ‘’By Allaah! The religion cannot be established except by way of rulers even if they commit tyranny and oppression, due to the many affairs that Allaah rectifies through them more than what they corrupt.’’

Ibn Rajab [rahimahullaah] said: ‘’There is [good and great advantage] in the worldly life when rulers are obeyed. And by way of it [i.e. obedience to the rulers], the beneficial affairs related to the livelihood of the people are established and they utilise them as an aid through which they manifest their religion and obey their Lord.’’

Disobedience to the rulers and putting oneself before them through fighting or other than that [is tantamount] to disobeying Allaah and His Messenger, and an opposition to that which Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jamaa’ah were upon – the pious predecessors. Injustice Is Three Types – A Brief Reminder By Shaikh Saaleh Al-Fawzaan [Hafidhahullaah]

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy

Shaikh Saaleh Al-Fawzaan [may Allaah preserve him] stated:

Dhulm [Injustice] Is Three Types:

Firstly: The greatest of them is shirk, and why is shirk referred to as Dzulm [injustice]? That is because the basis of injustice is to place something in other than its rightful place. And the meaning of shirk is to direct acts of worship to other than its rightful place and this is the greatest injustice – because when they [i.e. the people of shirk] directed acts of worship to other than its rightful place and to those who are not deserving of it, they equated the created (beings) to the Creator and a weak one [i.e. a created being] to Al-Qawiy [The One Perfect in Strength (i.e. Allaah)], who is not unable to do anything. Therefore, is there any greater injustice after this?

The second type of Dzulm [injustice] is committed when a person oppresses himself by committing sins. A sinner oppresses himself because he exposes himself to punishment, even though it is obligated on him to save himself and place himself in an appropriate situation, and that is to obey Allaah etc

The third type of Dzulm [injustice] is committed when a person oppresses others [or commits injustice against them] by taking their wealth [unlawfully], or backbiting them, or spreading tales about them, or stealing their wealth, or violating their honour through backbiting, tale carrying, slander, or shedding their blood by way of unlawful murder, or beating them, inflicting injuries, degrading them without right etc

Do Not Follow That Which You Have No Knowledge – By Imaam Ibnul Jawzi [rahimahullaah]

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy

And follow not that of which you have no knowledge. Verily! The hearing, and the sight, and the heart, of each of those you will be questioned [by Allah].
[Surah Al-Israa’ Aayah 36]

Meaning:

-Do not accuse anyone of something you have no knowledge of.
-Do not say that you have seen, whilst you haven’t seen.
-Do not say that you have heard, whilst you haven’t heard.
-Do not give false testimony.
