Jarh Wat Tadeel [A Reminder to The Prattler – (Stooge of the Hizbiyyoon at Markaz As’Sunnah -Allies of Greenlane and Jamiat Ahle Hadith UK in Stoke OnTrent)- Who Seeks Excuses For The Deviants of Ihyaa At-Turaath]

In The Name of Allah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy

Indeed, the prattler- stooge of the Hizbiyyoon at Markaz As’Sunnah- is grasping at straws and seeking for ways to justify his deviations and that of his companions at Markaz as’Sunnah. This necessitates that he will follow desires and further abandon sound principles. So he desperately presents the statements of praise for Ihyaa At-Turaath, whilst being wilfully oblivious of the fact that he only increases himself in misguidance. So here we present to the reader few issues about Jarh Wat-Tadeel (Criticism and Praise)…

The Correct Stance on the Differing of the Scholars Regarding Jarh and Tadeel –By Shaikh Ubaid

So after acquainting ourselves with the fact that the detailed criticism against Ihyaa At-Turaath takes precedence over the general praise they have received, the dishonesty of the stooge becomes apparent. Here are the statements of the scholars against Ihyaa At-Turaath in Arabic for the stooge. May Alaah guide him or protect us from his falsehood Aameen

[Fir’awn]- An Oppressive Disbeliever Who Gave No Importance to the Affairs of a Particular Group of People in His Society

Allaah (The Most High) said:

إِنَّ فِرْعَوْنَ عَلَا فِي الْأَرْضِ وَجَعَلَ أَهْلَهَا شِيَعًا يَسْتَضْعِفُ طَائِفَةً مِّنْهُمْ يُذَبِّحُ أَبْنَاءَهُمْ وَيَسْتَحْيِي نِسَاءَهُمْ ۚ إِنَّهُ كَانَ مِنَ الْمُفْسِدِينَ

Verily, Fir’aun (Pharaoh) exalted himself in the land and made its people sects, weakening (oppressing) a group (i.e. Children of Israel) among them, killing their sons, and letting their females live. Verily, he was of the Mufsidun (i.e. those who commit great sins and crimes, oppressors, tyrants, etc.). [Soorah Al-Qasas Ayah 4]

[إِنَّ فِرْعَوْنَ عَلَا فِي الْأَرْضِ  – Verily, Fir’aun (Pharaoh) exalted himself in the land]; (exalted himself)] in his kingdom, authority, army and might.

[وَجَعَلَ أَهْلَهَا شِيَعًا – and made its people sects]; – (divided them into) different groups, behaved towards them in a way that suited his desires and executed his dominance and strength amongst them based on what he wished.

[يَسْتَضْعِفُ طَائِفَةً مِّنْهُمْ – weakening (oppressing) a group among them]; that group was Bani Israa’eel whom Allaah preferred above mankind during their era – who were worthy of being honoured and elevated, however he oppressed them. He neither cared about them nor gave importance to their affairs, to the extent that he [يُذَبِّحُ أَبْنَاءَهُمْ وَيَسْتَحْيِي نِسَاءَهُمْ  – killing their sons, and letting their females live]- out of fearing that they will become many, plentiful in his land and have kingship.

[إِنَّهُ كَانَ مِنَ الْمُفْسِدِينَ – Verily, he was of the Mufsidun]- those who neither intend rectification in the affairs of the religion nor in the worldly affairs, and this was his corruption in the earth.

Mentioning the Name of the Deviants When Necessary’ By Shaikh Fawzaan

Shaikh Saaleh Al-Fawzaan (may Allaah preserve him) was asked about some of those students with a weak sense of piety-that when when they hear the sincere advisers among the students or scholars warning against bidah, the people of bidah and the paths towards bidah, and making mention of the reality of what they (i.e. people of bidah) are upon and then refuting them; likewise, (when the sincere advisers) would mention some of the names of (those being refuted), even if they have passed away, due to the trial the people are subjected to through them. And this (warning carried out by the warners) is for the purpose of defending the Religion and to unveil the deception of those who mix truth with falsehood and those who speak ill of (the religion) within the ranks of the Ummah and continue the splitting and differing in the Ummah- they (those with a weak sense of piety) would claim that speaking against the innovators and mentioning some of their names is from the forbidden types of backbiting.

Answer: The principle in this (affair) is about warning against mistakes and deviation, after identifying it as such. If the affair requires making known the name of an individual among the obstinate opponents so that beguilement does not occur through their (affair), especially those individuals with deviated views or deviation in behaviour and methodology, and they are well known among the people and the people have a good opinion of them; then there is no harm in mentioning them by their names and their methodology warned against.

The scholars carry out research in the science of Jarh Wat-Tadeel, then they would mention the narrators and the reproach stated against them. This is not (done) for the purpose of personal (criticism); rather it is (done) for the purpose to giving advice to the Ummah in case they come across affairs from these individuals that are harmful to the Religion or lies against the Messenger (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam).

Therefore, first and foremost, this principle is about warning against mistakes. However, the one who committed such mistake (s) is not to be mentioned if that would either lead to greater harm or if there is no benefit in mentioning him. However, if the affair requires that his name be made known for the purpose of warning the people against his methodology, then this is from sincerity to Allaah, His Book, His Messenger, to the leaders of the Muslims and their common folk, especially if he (i.e. the one warned against) is active within the people and they have a good opinion of him, and acquire his books and tapes. Then there has to be clarification and the people must be warned, because (employing) silence will be harmful to the people. His affair has to be unveiled, but not for the purpose of defamation or following one’s desires (in that); rather it has to be (done) for the purpose of sincerity to Allaah, His Book, His Messenger, the leaders of the Muslims and their common people.

Clarifying The Errors’ by Shaikh Fawzaan…

instaquote-04-05-2016-08-50-56

Clarifying The Errors’ by Shaikh Fawzaan…

Clarification must be carried out, especially when the one who erred is one followed or has leadership. It should not be said that errors are narrated and will come to pass, rather it should be said that it is narrated and refuted. That is because it (i.e. refuting error) is sincerity to Allaah, His Book and His Messenger, and it is sincere advice to the leaders of the Muslims”.

A Raafidi Terrorist ‘Mujtabaa Al-Mahdi Ash-Sheeraazee’ Made Generalised Takfeer and False Accusations, and Called For the Destruction of the So-Called Wahhaabees

The Raafidi Mujtabaa Al-Mahdee Ash-Sheeraazee stated after the blowing up of the tomb of Ali Ibn Muhammad Al-Haadi:

Allaah (The Most High) said in His noble Book:

”The recompense of those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger and do mischief in the land is only that they shall be killed or crucified or their hands and their feet be cut off on the opposite sides, or be exiled from the land. That is their disgrace in this world, and a great torment is theirs in the Hereafter.” [5:33]

If this noble ayah is not a truthful confirmation about the Wahhaabi- the disbeliever, the terrorist, the Nawaasib (haters of the prophet’s family), the Wahshee (beast)], then who else does this noble ayah confirms their affair?! If this noble ayah is not a confirmation of the affair of those men of religion and those who are not men of religion – the helpers of the Wahhaabees- the disbelievers, the Nawaasib (haters of the prophet’s family), Wuhoosh (beasts etc.)]- due to the likes of this action (i.e. the blowing up of the tomb of Ali ibn Muhammad Al-Haadi), then who else does this noble ayah confirm their affair?

If we disbelieve in the noble Qur’aan, then let us be brave and make clear what we believe. If we believe in the noble Qur’aan, then it is obligatory to kill the Wahhaabi-the terrorist, the Naasibi (hater of the prophet’s family), the Wahshee (beast)].

And whoever helps the Wahhaabi–whether he is a man of religion or not–with the likes of this action (i.e. the blowing up of that tomb) and others, then it is obligatory to kill him. And whoever says that it is not obligatory to kill these people and those who aid them, then he has announced his disbelief in the noble Qur’aan.

Look at this!  He utilises the term Wahhaabi and attributes it to terrorism, when it is the case that the call of Imaam Muhammad Ibn Abdul Wahhaab (rahimahullaah) is based upon the way of the Sahaabah and the great scholars of the ummah in creed, methodology, politics and adhering to the Book of Allaah and the Sunnah of the Messenger. (sallal-laahu-alayhiwasallam) [Paraphrased and abridged: for further details, see: Shaikh Rabee’s book Titled (من هم الارهابييون–اهم السلفيون ام الروافض) [Who are the terrorists–the Salafis or the rawaafid: pages 6-7]

NB: It is well known that the worship of graves and tombs is haraam and is from the affairs of Shirk, however to take the law into one’s hand and destroy them is not allowed, as this is the responsibility of the Muslim rulers and the authorities in the land.

A Brief Acquaintance with The Rise_and__Orginis_of_Grave_Worship_In_The_Ummah_PDF

One of Fir’awn’s Many Evils – [He called to evil and debated as one upon truth]

Allaah (The Most High) said: [وَڪَذَٲلِكَ زُيِّنَ لِفِرۡعَوۡنَ سُوٓءُ عَمَلِهِ -Thus it was made fair-seeming, in Fir’aun’s (Pharaoh) eyes, the evil of his deeds]

Evil deeds were made fair seeming to him, so shaytaan did not cease to make it fair seeming to him, whilst he called to it and beautified it, until he saw it as something good.  He called to it and debated (in a manner) like those upon truth, whilst he was from the greatest of the corrupters.

[وَصُدَّ عَنِ ٱلسَّبِيلِۚ  -And he was hindered from the path] of truth, due to the falsehood that was made fair seeming to him. [وَمَا ڪَيۡدُ فِرۡعَوۡنَ – And the plot of Fir’aun (Pharaoh)]–the one who  wanted to plot against the truth and give a false impression to the people that he was the one upon truth, and that Moosaa was upon falsehood—[ إِلَّا فِى تَبَابٍ – led to nothing but loss]; That is: (complete) loss and waste.  It benefited him in nothing except wretchedness in this world and in the Hereafter.

[4] Be Warned Against The Deviant Du’aat to Hizbiyyah, Bidah and Misguidance-Those Who Say Something About Their Repentance, But Oppose It With Their Actions

Shaikh Rabee Bin Haadi (hafidha-hullaah) was asked:

A lot of mistakes and differing occurs amongst the Salafi youth as a result of the return or claimed return of an opposer of the Salafi Manhaj to the domain of Salafiyyah; What is your advice to the youth, (as) some of them accept the repentance of (such a person) and others do not.

Answer:
Whatever the case may be, if a person falls into Sin, doubts and Bidah, but then he repents and turn to Allah in obedience, it is not permissible for anyone to close the door of repentance in his face. That is because the door of repentance is open up until the sun rises from the West.  If a person repents and returns (to correctness) it is obligatory to praise and encourage him.

However, some people are well known for lying and inconsistency, so he acts as if he is repentant.  So regarding this person, we say: Inshaa-Allaah your repentance is accepted, but we are cautious of him until he manifests his correct repentance.

Abul Hasan Al-Ash-ari announced his repentance on the Mimbar. He used to be an extreme Mutazili-a leader among the leaders of the Mutazilah and he persisted in defence of this evil school of thought for forty years and repented after that.  He announced his repentance and from the proofs of his repentance is that he began to author astounding refutations against the Mutizalah-refutation against their doubts.   So there are signs of the truthful acts of repentance which dispels the doubts (about his repentance); Meaning: He publicized and manifested to the people that he follows the truth.

So there are affairs that show the truthfulness of (the repentant one) and there are factual evidences that show the untruthfulness of (the one who merely claims to have repented).  He (the person) is encouraged if there are factual evidences showing his truthfulness, and (on the other hand) it is incumbent upon the Salafiyyoon to be cautious of him if there are factual evidences showing only the mere claims of his (repentance), as it can be that he is being deceitful.

The groups are widespread; It is not possible to ruin the Salafi youth and hinder the Salafi youth from the Salafi Methodology, except with either claims of (ascription) to Salafiyyah or (claims) of withdrawal from mistakes that are in opposition to the Salafi Manhaj.  So if they incline towards him (i.e. the one who claims repentance), he may be able to entice the one he can entice towards a corrupt Methodology.  This does take place.

Whatever the case may be, encouragement is given to the one from whom repentance is manifested and it is obligatory to be cautious of the one from whom playing games is manifested.  The Salafiyyoon should be alert with regards to the likes of these (people).

Food for thought about those exaggerators among the callers to Imaamah or the Khilaafah!

Ibnul Mutahhir (a raafidi) said that Imaamah is the most important obligation.

Response: This is a lie according to the consensus of the scholars, for Imaan [i.e. belief in Allaah; belief in Allaah’s Angels; belief in Allaah’s Books; belief in Allaah’s Messengers; belief in the hereafter and belief in Qadr-its good and evil)] is more important.  And from those affairs that are known by everyone in the religion is that when the disbelievers during the era of Messenger entered into the fold of Islaam, the rulings of Islaam were conveyed to them and Imaamah was not mentioned to them in any situation. Then how can it be the most important obligation?!
