The Prattler and Stooge of The Hizbiyyoon at Markaz As-Sunnah Spreads The Baatil Principles of The Followers of Al-Halabi, But Claims That Accepting The Knowledge Based Refutations Against Such falsehood Is Tantamount to Blind Following!

Shaikh Rabee Bin Haadi (may Allaah preserve him) said:

They (i.e. the people of baatil and fitan) do not keep quiet- they spread their falsehoods in their newspapers, magazines and audio tapes, while wishing that the voice of truth should be silent. In their view, the voice of truth is what should be silent and the voice of falsehood should be raised and spread in the earth! Do they remain silent?! The people of falsehood do not remain silent-they neither abate nor slow down.[1]

Indeed, the prattler refuses to accept reality! He spreads the false principles and ambiguities propagated by the followers of the innovator Ali Al-Halabi, but when such falsehoods and ambiguities are rebutted by the Salafiyyoon through the unambiguous and detailed knowledge based proofs presented by the likes of Shaikh Rabee and others, he claims that the Salafiyyoon are blind followers. This is the same tactic that was employed by the innovators Ali Al-Halabi, Abul Hasan Al-Maribi and others. Obviously we do not believe and intend that the prattler is an innovator, but this behaviour of his is no different from that of these innovators. Likewise, this is the same tactic employed by the man of bidah Abu Usaama, who is an ally of his employers at Markaz as’Sunnah (may Allaah guide them).

O Allaah guide them all,  but if he (the prattler) and his employers at Markaz As’Sunnah continue to propagate falsehood, then grant us firmness and tawfeeq to refute them .. Aameen

We warn the prattler against self amazement, as the Prophet (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) said:

”Three things destroy: The greed that is obeyed, the desires that are followed and a person being amazed with his own opinion.” [2]

Shaikh Raslaan (may Allaah preserve him) said: Indeed the great religion of Islaam is founded upon knowledge and not ignorance, but when a person is amazed with himself and his opinion, and when splitting occurs in the Ummah in the big affairs of knowledge and every foolish one formulates his own independent judgement, there comes about an uncontrollable chaos –leading to a path that does not cease, becomes an affair of trial, corruption, confusion, deviation and an affair in which truth is confounded with falsehood [3]

Once again the prattler and stooge of the hizbiyyoon at Markaz As-Sunnah made a fool of himself! He visits the websites of the followers of the innovator Ali Al-Halabi and transmits their spider wed doubts. His latest prattling revolves around the affair as to whether we are obliged to follow the stance of scholar when he makes Tabdee. This is an old refuted doubt of the hizbiyyoon, but because the prattler is an ill-informed newcomer and amateur doubt monger, he chooses to do the doggy job of his employers at Markaz As-Sunnah, rather than sincerely acquaint himself with the sound principles of the Salafi Manhaj. Here is a short clarification for the prattler – either he accepts it (may Allaah guide him) or he continues to follow his desires and carry on doing the doggy job of his employers at Markaz As-Sunnah. Shaikh Rabee Bin Haadi (may Allaah preserve him) says:

He (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) sent individuals to Bahrain, Oman and Yemen and their narrations were accepted; so how about in this present time of ours when there are ten or fifty Salafi (scholars) who are in agreement regarding a particular affair, but their narrations are rejected. And those who reject them, say: ‘’There has to be a consensus of all the scholars.’’  And from the false principles of these people is that they say: ‘’we neither accept criticism against a person nor a praise for him even if many of the contemporary scholars say that such a person is an innovator.’’ 

Therefore be warned against these people, because they make a claim to Salafiyyah, whilst seeking to destroy the Salafi Methodology, its principles and foundations.  How many false precepts do they have, such as their saying: ‘’I am not obliged to (take/accept) the speech of such and such a Shaikh?!’’  You find a scholar quoting and refuting the affairs of misguidance found in the Book of such and such a person, in such and such page, yet you find these people saying: ‘’I am not obliged to (take/accept) the speech of such and such a Shaikh?!’’

This statement of theirs is a principle by way of which they seek to shun and reject truth.  It is a false principle by way of which they seek to reject the sound principles of Jarh Wat-Tadeel.  Therefore, learn the sound principles of Jarh Wat-Tadeel and look to the methodology of the Salaf; and leave alone these who misguide. Finally: The hizbiyyoon at Markaz As-Sunnah (allies of Greenlane and Jamiat Ahle Hadeeth UK) keep silent as if they do not desire any fitna, yet they are shelterers of this stooge -loud mouth- who is foolish enough to spread Shubuhaat. Therefore, we will –InShaaAllaah continue to warn against his doubts.  May Allaah guide him or protect us from his evil. Aameen

Salaf Fled From Ahlul Bidah, But Some Masaakeen Youths End Up In Misguidance Due to Accompanying Ahlul Bidah

Shaikh Rabee Bin Haadi (may Allaah preserve him) said, ”Allaah (The Most High) said:

وَلَا تَرۡكَنُوٓاْ إِلَى ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ فَتَمَسَّكُمُ ٱلنَّارُ

And incline not toward those who do wrong, lest the Fire should touch you.

[Hud: Ayah 113]

[The word (ظلم –wrong) in (this ayah) can (mean) disbelief; it can (mean) bidah and it can be (فسوق  i.e. sinful-immoral behaviour) because (ظلم) is applicable to all these types of (affairs). So we refrain from inclining towards the evil doers, the people of bidah, the disbelievers, the secularists and other than them. And we protect ourselves, our Aqeedah and that which Allaah has bestowed upon us of Imaan and sound religion.

It is sufficient for us to remember that the Salaf fled from Fitan- not mixing, sitting and debating with them (i.e. the people of fitan).  And even amongst them, such as the likes of Ayyoub As-Sakhtiyaanee and ibn Seereen did not use to listen to the speech of those (people of bidah).  And when Ibn Seereen was asked: “Why do you not speak; why do you not listen to them?” He said: “Indeed, my heart is not in my hands! I am not in control of my heart; I fear for myself that I may be misguided.”

So the likes of these Imaams feared fitna and deviation for themselves; but you the miskeen possess bravery to enable you to challenge ahlul bidah….! Many people say: “We sit with ahlul ahwaa and we take (from them); we distinguish between truth and falsehood; we take what is truth and abandon what is falsehood;” whilst he (i.e. the utterer of this speech) is a miskeen who can neither distinguish between truth and falsehood nor is he in control of his heart. How many a young person has been put to trial through this satanic view and thus he (becomes) lowered and reverts back on his heels (into misguidance) and depraved, and Allaah’s Aid is sought. He falls prey in the enclosures of the people of fitan! Therefore it is obligated on a student of knowledge not to (consider) himself safe from ahlul bidah; for indeed he is not more knowledgeable than Ayyoub and Ibn Seereen, nor can he reach their station (in knowledge, piety etc) and those who followed them.

Whoever sits with ahlul bidah is not safe from one of three calamities! By Imaam Sufyaan Ath-Thawri

Imaam Sufyaan Ath-thawri (rahimahullaah) said:

The one who sits with a person of innovation is not safe from one of three (affairs): ”[1] Either he becomes a trial for other than himself; [2] Or something of (misguidance) falls into his heart, so he slips by way of that and Allaah enters him into the hell fire; [3] or he says: By Allaah, I don’t care what they say because I am sure of myself;” but whoever feels safe about his religion (without Allaah’s guidance, protection etc) in the twinkling of an eye, it will be snatched away from him.”

[1] Acquainting Ourselves With Some of The Scholars of The Salaf and Their Books

Hammaad Bin Salamah (rahimahullaah)

He is Hammaad Bin Salamah Bin Deenaar, Abu Salamah Al-Basree–the protégé of the household of Rabee Bin Maalik Ibn Handhala from the Bani Tameem clan. He was born in the year 91AH and died on Tuesday the 19th of Dhul Hijjah in the year 167AH.  He was an Imaam in the science of recitation (of the Qur’aan etc); an Imaam in Hadeeth; an Imaam in the (Arabic) language; an eloquent jurist; an Imaam in the Sunnah and the first of those who authored books.  Abu Haatim Ibn Hibbaan (rahimahullaah) said about him: ‘’There were not amongst the contemporaries of Hammaad Bin Salamah at Basra someone like him in virtue, (uprightness) in the religion, in piety, knowledge, authorship, in gathering and compiling knowledge, firmness upon the Sunnah and in subduing the people of bidah. And none defamed him during his time except a Mu’tazilee Qadaree or a Jahmee innovator, due to what he manifested of the authentic Sunnah which was rejected by the Mutazilah.  Imaam Ahmad Ibn Hanbal (rahimahullaah) said: ‘’If you see a man jeering at Hammaad Bin Salamah, then suspect his Islaam (i.e. such a person is upon some sort of deviation), because he was harsh against the innovators.  And indeed Ibn Taymiyyah (rahimahullaah) provided (evidence establishing) that Hammaad Ibn Salamah authored a book on the (topic of) Asmaa Was Sifaat.

Muhammad Bin Salaam (rahimahullaah)

He is Muhammad Bin Salaam Ibn Al-Farj Abu Abdillaah Al-Beekandiy.  He was born in the year 161AH and died on Sunday 8th in the month of Safar 225AH.  He was a Shaikh of (Imaam) Bukhaari and he narrated from him in his Saheeh (i.e. Saheeh Al-Bukhaari).  He was from those given comprehension in knowledge and he was from the Imaams of the Athar (i.e. possessors’ of knowledge of the ahaadeeth and the narrations of the Sahaabah).

Muhammad Ibn Ahmad An-Najjaar (rahimahullaah) said: ”Ibn Salaam had authorships in every sphere of knowledge (i.e. knowledge of the sharia).”

Shaikhul Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah (rahimahullaah) mentioned his (Ibn Salaam’s) Book [titled: As-Sunnah Wal-Jamaa’ah] in Al-Fataawaa Al-Kubraa 5/4140].   Shaikh Abdus Salaam Burgess (rahimahullaah) stated that Ibn Salaam’s biography can be found in [سيراعلام نبلاء10/656]

Abu Ubaid Ibn Al-Qaasim Bin Salaam

He (rahimahullaah) was a roman slave. Shaikh Abdus Salaam Burgess said: Neither his lineage nor his family being Non-Arab harmed him, for he was one of the pillars of knowledge of the sharia and a linguist. He was born in the year 159AH and died in the year 224AH.  He used to divide the night into three parts–he prayed in the first, slept in the second and wrote books in the third.

Al-Ameer Abdullaah Ibn Taahir-the Ameer of khuraasaan-said: The (distinguished) people are four (in their specific eras); Ibn Abbaas in his era, Ash-Shabee in his era, Al-Qaasim ibn Ma’n in his era and Abu Ubaid in his era.

(Imaam) Ahmad (rahimahullah) said: Abu Ubaid is an Ustaadh.

(Imaam) Daaraqutni (rahimahullah) said: ‘’He (i.e. Abu Ubaid) is a trustworthy Imaam and a mountain (of knowledge).

His book (Al-Eemaan) was disseminated by Shaikh Albaanee (rahimahullah).
